Our specialty is providing technology that enables new levels of collaboration and fundamental changes to the management of massive amounts of information. 

We are seeking a senior Java architect that will be responsible for the systems architecture of one of the largest JSR-168 portal deployments. Our knowledge of general highly available systems will mesh with your knowledge and experience with large scale Java servlet based application deployments. You will be responsible for some or all of the following within the application development life-cycle: architecture, design, development, testing, deployment and team leadership. 

Must Have
*Expert knowledge of servlet containers such as Tomcat or Jetty 
*Expert knowledge of application servers such as JBoss or WebSphere 
*Deep knowledge of RDBMS's such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or DB2 
*Deep knowledge of Hibernate operation and tuning 
*Specific experience with creation of highly available Java based web systems with multiple instances of JVMs, multiple web servers, Hibernate caching, and database clusters 
*Knowledge of JSR-168 portlet containers 

Big Plus
*Specific experience with Alfresco DM 
*Specific experience with Liferay Portal
