Developer will work on projects using his/her HTML and JSP skills.  He/she will follow proper UI standards and have had exposure to AJAX and other web front-end development tools. Web Analytics experience is a plus.
	
Strong HTML skills	
Strong JavaScript skills	
Strong skills with JSP development and tags are a must. Enterprise scripting technologies similar to JSP are acceptable.	
Strong experience with HTML Validation	
Ability to function in a highly dynamic and changing environment.	
Follows direction, can work independently, and is detail oriented
