Qualifications: Two years experience developing web sites for business purposes on UNIX and NT. Two years experience in Java and/or Java Server Pages. Through knowledge of HTML, XML, and basic UNIX thorough understanding of the web, its capabilities and its limitations. Desired skills: XML/XSL training).

Duties: Assist in developing.com standards and give directions to the Webmasters. Participate in workflow design and analyze existing production and implementation processes in order to insure the overall quality of the site. Maintenance and support of existing templates and content production processes. Work as project team member to develop internet and intranet Web application. Perform web development, template writing, testing debugging, documentation, and installation tasks for on-line processes in accordance with industry best practices and specific internal procedures and standards. Contribute to task identification, work effort estimates, and schedules for development and maintenance activities. Work with internal departments to provide associated deliverables required for successful completion of development and maintenance assignments (e.g. business development, database development, web designers, end-user training).
