Our customer is seeking a Snr Java developer to come in and develop an Oracle Apex based solution. It is not necessary to have production experience with Apex; however a solid Java background with experience building database driven applications is required. 
Experience: • 5+ years professional work application development experience using Java • 5+ years of Object Oriented Analysis, design, and programming • Professional work experience with JBoss or Oracle IAS is required • 5+ years of hands-on architecture and development experience in J2EE including JSP, Servlet, EJB, JMS, JDBC, JNDI and Struts (Apache) • Experience with J2EE tools/frameworks such as Apache Struts, Ant, Xalan, Spring, Hibernate, JUnit • Expertise and experience in developing medium to large scale projects using J2EE, with JSP and Servlets 

Requirements: 

• Java / J2EE • Oracle • UI design and development • Solid XML background • Webservices • Remote Objects (Java classes etc) • Struts • EJB’s • Spring and Hibernate • Ant • JBoss 

* This would be full life cycle design and development. Design the interface flow and functionalities. Some specs would be in an UML format. Communicate with the stakeholder to gather and or expand requirements. Conceptualize and prototype solutions from the ground up. Self starter. Fast and efficient development approach!
