SolTech has been asked to identify a talented and high potential Ruby on Rails Software Engineer for one of our clients.

Our client is a Buckhead-based start-up. This company has an enviable history of growth since its launch over five years ago. The company has enjoyed commercial success, continued investor funding, and outstanding response in the marketplace. As part of the company’s continued growth, it is expanding its market by expanding the product line and by creating exciting new products using Ruby on Rails.

This position will function as the technical lead resource in new product development. You will be the go-to person for Ruby on Rails expertise, and you will be the heavyweight hands-on developer. It is the expectation here that a successful candidate can grow to a technical lead position in this small successful and dynamic company.

We are looking for:

•	Degree; Sun Certifications are a plus
•	Several years of Full Life Cycle Web-Enabled Application Development
•	Preference for a J2EE Background
•	Current Hands-On Experience and Lead-Level Expertise in Ruby and Rails
•	Technical Strength sufficient to be the Ruby Go-To Resource
•	Huge Interpersonal/Communication Skills
