Overview

AnyTransactions, Inc., provider of socially responsible services for troubled adults and teens in the areas of voice monitoring for pretrial, probation, and truancy supervision, currently has an opening for a Java / J2EE Developer.  AnyTransactions is a small company that is family oriented with a flexible working environment.   

The ideal candidate will have experience producing production quality Java / J2EE applications in collaboration with a team of other developers.  Candidate will and must have strong interpersonal skills.  Positive attitude is a must. 

Job Description
-----------------
Design and develop N-tier Web applications using Java, J2EE, JSPs, Servlets to address truancy issues for troubled teens.  


Responsibilities
-----------------
- Work with product development team to design and develop N-tier Web applications using Java technologies
- Participate in the configuration, installation and setup of the Java application framework
- Develop Web applications using Java, J2EE, JSPs, Servlets
- Unit test the individual programs to assure functional accuracy and completeness
- Participate in the development of and execution of system test plans


Required Experience
------------------------
- 4+ years of experience developing Web applications using Java/J2EE technologies
- JSPs, Servlets, DHTML, CSS, Java Script
- Experience developing  one/more production Java/J2EE application(s) using Springs applications framework
- Experience using Hibernate for a production application
- OOA/OOD skills


Additional/Desired Experience
-----------------------------------
- AJAX
- Proficiency with development tools such as Eclipse
- Understanding of relational database technologies including SQL, JDBC  
- XML
- Messaging: JMS (a plus)
- Model-View-Controller (MVC) application design

Position is available in Atlanta. Relocation allowance is not available for this position. Candidates must have U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status to be considered for this position.
