<b>Our client is looking for a FULL TIME Java software engineer with Insurance or Mortgage industry experience working on the commissions side of the business. </b> They need someone who can contribute as soon as possible and has the skills to propel their department onto another level. This is a midlevel JAVA position and <i>preferance will be given to those people who have commission calculation experience. </i>

Here are the requirements:

Minimum Technical Experience
<ul><li> 2+ years of Java 
<li>1+ years of Web Services 
<li>2+ years of Transact-SQL 
<li>1+ years of XML 
<li>2 + years of data conversion, interfaces or data transformation 
</ul>

Previous work environment 
<br> 
<ul><li>Software development and/or software support environment where deliverables are used by multiple and diverse clients 
<li>Contact with Business Analysts, QA Analysts and End Users 
<li>Multi-threaded, fast paced environment 
</ul>
<br> 
Personality Traits and Soft Skills 
<br> 
<ul><li>Team oriented self starter with a positive attitude 
<li>A predisposition to attack issues head on 
<li>Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment 
<li>Good written and verbal communication skills 
</ul>
