SolTech is a software development company delivering Web-enabled solutions in Java and .Net to the local marketplace. We do custom development work in our Buckhead offices and we work on site at local Atlanta companies.

One of our clients has given us a huge amount of fabulous development work, and we must add to our existing staff to meet a need that will not only continue for the foreseeable future but will also probably double in the next few months!! We are doing complete architecture, design and build of a number of new Java-based systems to support some very cool Web-enabled transaction processing apps. 

This work will incorporate pieces of classic J2EE as well as taking advantage of new/Open Source technologies. This is your opportunity to learn: Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Ruby and more! This is very much a real-deal killer opportunity for talented Junior Level Java Developers. We need a few great juniors for the team. Now.

We are looking for:

•	Degree (we look for “good schools;” we like Ga Tech, Southern Poly, Ga State and UGa. Our current group includes grads from UGa, We want good GPA’s and some hard core training in OOA/OOD/OOP.)

•	Any working experience in software development is helpful: Co-Op, Internships, or a bit of post-grad paid experience
•	You must have strong communication/interpersonal skills
