We are seeking a Java/J2EE Developer with 2-4 years of experience who is eager to make an impact in a small, exciting technology company. 
 

Job Description:
 
If you are a Java developer who enjoys working with a high performance team in a software development role then this opportunity is perfect for you. Your responsibilities will include development using servlet, JSP, HTML, CSS, EJB, Swing UI and Oracle PL/SQL.
 
You will need to be adaptable to a dynamic environment, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a high level of ability in interpersonal skills working with the team. You will need to be able to work with varying levels of detail in requirements and understand and respond to the shifting needs of the business, prioritizing your time accordingly. 
 
Any financial services experience is a big plus. This position will require strong problem solving skills and willingness to respond outside of office hours to production issues and software rollouts.
