Our customer is the healthcare industry’s leading source of software, hardware and automation solutions as well as outsourcing, networking and consulting services. Their offerings help hospitals, physician offices and homecare agencies to improve patient safety, operational efficiency, reduce the cost and variability of care, and better manage revenue streams and resources. As their business continues to grown they are needing to grown their team with top-notch technical resources through direct permanent placements. The location of the opportunity is Alpharetta, GA. Presently, our customer has several large initiatives started that are consuming current technical resources. As the team is working on this current project, the need has opened up for an additional resource to work outside the large initiative to enhance current applications. Both the customer's internet and intranet applications have several large enhancements planned - there are no resources to execute on the plans. Our customer is looking for a strong resource to come in and be a "service provider" to the internal customer along with being a technical developer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to break in to one of the top companies in the country and gain tremendous experience working with customers, new technologies, and a strong, very advanced team. This position will call for the right type of person who has the unique mix of technical and interpersonal skills. This is a 100% client facing position. The candidate must have a demonstrated background in Business Analysis, Development, project self management. The candidates main responsibility will be to work with internal customers to develop enhancements on applications. This responsibility will entail understanding customer requirements, setting and re-setting priorities, giving accurate estimates of work, pure development, and project management/closeout. A strong technical background is also needed for success in this role because the development will be done by you. The ability to juggle multiple projects at different stages in the evolution is very critical for success in this role. Salary in the $90's and a 15% potential yearly bonus.
