SolTech is a software development company providing software solutions in Java and .Net to the Atlanta marketplace. We do custom development work in our Buckhead offices and we also provide our development services on site at local Atlanta companies.

We are growing, and we have a high priority need to add a talented BA to our Full-Time/Permanent staff. While this position has a high degree of focus on classic BA activities, it also represents the opportunity to work in Project and Software Development Management. We see this position as very much of a professional growth opportunity offering challenge and substance, the ability to move into the PM world, and the chance to be a high visible contributor in our growing company.

We are looking for an “A” Player. We need a track record of great Business Analyst/Systems Analysis experience inclusive of Requirements Gathering, Specification Writing (very high preference for a methodology-driven background inclusive of RUP and or SCRUM) and the ability to drive requirements in a sophisticated enterprise environment for mainstream development. We are looking for a high achiever who has been causal in delivering great development results for a challenging user community.

We offer the immediate opportunity to be a key team member in a very visible and exciting project we’re doing. We are doing a massive amount of outsourced JAVA/J2EE development (here in Buckhead) for a key client. The work represents a series of very cool mid-sized development tasks. We need the stellar BA who will help gather and drive requirements and will be a huge client-facing SolTech asset.

We require:

•	Degree; prefer training/certification in BA/PM disciplines
•	3+ years Business Analysis/Systems Analysis from a Methodology-driven environment
•	Specific experience producing high quality requirements artifacts to support sophisticated development in a multi-tiered environment
•	Absolutely impressive User/Client-facing Skills
•	Stable work history
•	All-Around “A” Player
