The company is building an innovative Web-based system for managing intellectual property.  The right candidates will have a BS or MS in computer science, 2-5 years of work experience, and an entrepreneurial, team-oriented spirit.  Company headquarters are in mid-town Atlanta. Required Skills:

• 2+ years of Java server development 
• Strong OO design skills and understanding of design patterns
• Expertise in at least one Java web presentation framework (Struts, Spring MVC)
• RDBMS experience with object to relational mapping experience. (SQL, JDBC, Hibernate)

Desired Skills:

• Team development using version control (CVS, Subversion) 
• Web 2.0 Technologies (Javascript/AJAX/GWT)
• XML Technologies (XSLT, JAXB, XMLBeans)
• Experience with issues involved in production website operations
