SolTech has been asked to identify a Junior Level Developer with Scripting and/or Java Skills. 

Our client is an In-Town based software products and services company. The company has enjoyed both success and growth and is in a great place between a young start-up and a corporation. The company has gone public and is enjoying profitability. The company’s culture still includes enough informality to make it fun and exciting and enough structure to support issues of productivity and career growth. It’s a good place to work.

Within the company, there is a group that builds a variety of financially focused transaction processing/reporting apps that, in turn, are used to deliver one of the corporation’s most profitable lines of business. This group is kickin’ it! The group enjoys great work, strong internal regard, has a terrific management team, and has experienced continued growth. The group builds its apps in Jython (like Python/scripting) and/or J2EE.

There is an immediate and urgent need to add a talented/high potential developer on the Jython side.

We are looking for:

•	Degree
•	6 to 18 months of Development experience in Scripting (Python, Jython, Perl, etc. or classis Java (J2SE) and/or J2EE
•	We need to see some demonstrated success in development (great co-ops, your first few months of employment, etc.) and the demonstrated ability to deliver
•	Absolutely huge Interpersonal/Communication Skills
•	A deep passion for the Java side of the world
