Position Purpose


Will work with IT teams and business partners to understand strategic initiatives as well as clarify and prioritize challenges and opportunities for systems. Will apply advanced problem-solving techniques and coordinate with other core team members to resolve system issues, maintain complex business logic and identify and implement appropriate resolutions. Candidate must be proficient in programming in the Java, JSP, J2EE environment. 

Manage day to day operational tickets, identify trends, build requirements and work with users and business owners on priorities. Take business requirements and develop the total technical design on moderately complex projects. Apply thorough understanding of SDLC in order to ensure proper usage of methodology as part of the design efforts in building a system to be put into production. Conduct appropriate test reviews for assigned projects. 

Must follow the processes, policies, standards and procedures to assure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies and standards. Provide technical direction to associate developers, developers and contractors. Must be willing to work in a team environment..
