QUALIFICATIONS:

4-5 years of experience working in a Java/J2EE environment 
1-2 years of Hibernate ORM experience preferrably with Oracle Databases 
2+ years with BEA Weblogic 
3+ years building web applications with Strts in a large teacm environment
