Our client has recently won a large project and has a need for 35+Java Developers to come work in there new Global Development Center located in Hattiesburg, MS.  They will look at both perm placements and contractors who are open to a long term contract in Hattiesburg.  
-This Center will offer exposure to cutting edge technology as our client is one of the largest consulting companies in the world... they have an internal push to ramp this Center up to over 250 developers (currently has 130+) to support business sold throughout the country from Hattiesburg with a mix of permanent employees and contract labor.

Responsibilities: 
- Perform detailed software design, documentation, development and testing for Java/J2EE web applications. 

Requirements: 
- Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience; 
- Analyzes customer needs and develops overall concept and design objectives; 
- 3+ years of computer programming experience; 
- 3+ years of experience developing for J2EE Application Servers (WebLogic, Websphere, JBOSS, Oracle AS); 
- Experience in the configuration and administration of J2EE Application Servers; 
- Strong understanding of overall J2EE model (security, presentation options, business components, data access); 
- Experience developing relational data models in support of business requirements. 
- Experience in the development of asynchronous processes (i.e. JMS, MQ series); 
- Understanding of object oriented design and programming; 
- Experience using standard modeling techniques (UML, DFD, TRG) and software development lifecycle tools (Rational, Borland); 
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; 
- Ability to demonstrate expanded analytical and problem solving skills;
