The Senior Engineer III (Consultant) develops requirements and design specifications, translating specifications to program code or database design. This position also requires strong technical delivery skills, and is expected to perform assigned tasks adhering to the development and coding standards as defined for the project, with minimal supervision and guidance. Provide mentoring and assistance to Associate Consultants, and demonstrate solid communication skills with both internal employees/management and client resources.

Must possess a minimum of:

6+ years work experience in developing JAVA applications 
2+ years of experience in the design and development of large enterprise class projects 
Solid understanding of J2EE architecture and Design Patterns 
Experience with advanced OOA/OOD techniques to design enterprise applications 
Experience with current versions of WebSphere or WebLogic Application Servers 
Experience with XML-related technologies including XSLT and SOAP 
Knowledge in open source technologies is a plus (Hibernate, Spring, etc)
