TEKsystems has partnered with a major Atlanta Finanicials firm to offer a position as a Java/J2EE developer. This engagment is a 3 month contract to hire role. Our client has been very specific about the experience needed. So, if you or anyone you know has this experience, I would like the opportunity to talk to him or her. Our client is looking for a developer with 6+ years of Java programming and 3+ years of J2EE. This client ses the struts framework in an EJB intensive environment on a Solaris platform. This individual with interact heavily with Web Applications servers, so experience with Weblogic, JBOSS, or an analogous product is required. There is heavy web development involved in this assignment, so JSP, JSF, nd AJAX experience is preferred. In addition, PL/SQL development and Eclipse or JBuilder experience is a plus. Experience with UML and Unit Testing is preferred. Due to the specificity of this skill set, our client will entertain a wide variety of hourly rates and perm salary expectations. This is a contract to perm engagement with emphasis on the perm aspect. Our client most likely will not hire an individual who expresses opposition to long term employment. This is on Exit 11 on 400 and travel to the office is expected. Drug, Background, and Credit check is required for this client.
