Solid Java experience is the most important thing in this company, whether it be front, middle or back end.  Experience on the browser side (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX) is a  nice plus.

Proficiency across the range of J2EE technologies, especially JSP & Servlet programming is the key, as well as JDBC and LDAP

You should also have impeccable communication skills and a sharp focus on customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

Development: Develop new features, customizations and enhancements according to the needs of primary customers.

Project Management: Work with our clients to define requirements and manage project details.

Customer Interaction: Interact directly with customers to clarify requirements and obtain feedback on deliverables.
