A leading edge network security company is looking for a great a hands-on Java/Swing professional to join their team. This is a great perm opporunity that is interviewing NOW! 

·         Ability to build attractive, usable UIs using Swing

·         Solid software engineering/development experience 

·         Understands the importance of unit-testing and quality

·         Knowledge of multi-threaded programming in Java

·         Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and     patterns,andtheir practical application in real world designs and implementations 

·         Active participation in product usability testing, collecting feedback from internal as well as external users

·         Ability to work with a group of highly-motivated people

·         Good communication skills, oral and written, with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels

·         Knowledge of security software or the security domain is advantageous


Job Restrictions:
----------------

4+ years of application development in Java, with at least 2 years using Swing

·         Has shipped a commercial software product

·         Has worked on a multi-tiered architecture

·         Has worked with an agile or iterative development process is open and based on experience
