I am seeking a Web Designer to update/upgrade a static site with more interactive components (message boards, job listings, advertising, payment, etc.) as well as overhaul the look and feel using new logos and color schemes. 
This is a small business but one that needs a very creative individual familiar with both technical as well as creative components of Web design.
