The successful candidate will be responsible for Design, Development, and Deployment of J2EE applications, components, and portals within the SDLC and technical architecture framework.  The Java Engineer will be a key resource in the development and utilization of Client Messaging Framework for the development of J2EE applications.  
 
Responsibilities:
•	Design, Develop, and Deploy J2EE applications and portals with the SDLC framework. 
•	Participate in the development of enterprise and application technical architecture.  
•	Perform as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process. 
•	Leads developers in design reviews and integration testing. 
•	Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
•	Produce and interact well within a technology team environment.
•	Participate in a wide variety of special projects.

Required Skills: 
•	3 – 5 years of Java development skills covering all Java standards APIs, Object Oriented design (EJB, JSP, JSTL, JMS, AJAX, Servlets, Struts, etc) 
•	1-3 years of Java programming experience in a messaging system architecture -JSR914- (Jetty, ActiveMQ, OpenJMS, etc)  
•	2- 5 years experience developing J2EE applications utilizing Oracle as data source. (Oracle, PL/SQL, Toad) 
•	Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. 
•	Ability to organize and manage multiple concurrent priorities. 
•	Problem analysis and problem resolution skills at both a strategic and functional level. 
•	Bachelor’s Degree (CS) required; Masters Degree preferred. 
•	Team player seeking visibility and growth.

Compensatioin is up to $105K depending on experience.
