Requires 5+ years experience in J2EE application development 
Experience w/ MQSeries. 
Experience with Websphere/IBM IDEs (WID,WSAD 6.0 and up, or RAD 6.0) 
Experience with IBM Process Server 6.0 
Experience with JAXP 
Datamodeling experience with a large RDMS (db2,sqlserver,oracle)  and JDBC (the application API to the database ). Oracle Preferred 
Experience with Hibernate 2 or 3 
Experience with MVC based java UI (Apache Struts, JSF, or Spring MVC)
