SolTech has been asked to identify several talented Java/J2EE Developers for one our clients.

Our client is a young dynamic start-up that has achieved absolutely incredible commercial success. In less than twenty years, these guys have gone from start-up to absolute national leadership in their business space. And, the company is poised for the same kind of growth on an international level.

Based in Downtown Atlanta, this company offers high achievers unique growth opportunities. Performers get increased responsibility, bigger roles, and on-going career enhancement. It’s a challenging and fast-paced environment, not for the feint of heart, but absolutely appropriate for impact players.

Our client’s business is very much technology dependent. The business focuses on complex transaction processing applications. There’s a ton of work to be done in creating a huge new suite of applications in response to new business activities, and there is also substantial redesign and rearchitecture to be done on the existing software infrastructure. In all cases, the intent is to build newer/better systems and to take advantage of current technologies.

J2EE Developers will be working in classic J2EE as well as Open Source (Struts, Spring, Hibernate). New architecture and development initiatives have and will take advantage of newest technologies on an on-going basis.

Our client has urgent needs for Java/J2EE Developers at all levels. Opportunities include Junior and Mid-Level, Senior (including task & team management) and Architect. All positions call for contribution on the hands-on development level.

We are looking for:

•	Degree; Sun Certifications 
•	1+ years of Java/J2EE Development
•	Experience at the Developer, Designer/Developer, or Architect levels
•	Hands-on experience with: J2EE (JSP, Servlets, JDBC; EJB’s a plus) and Spring, Struts, Hibernate (as many as possible)
•	Ability to work as a small team or solo performer with little/no supervision in a very fast-paced environment
•	Strong Interpersonal/Communication Skills
