The ideal candidate should be well organized and detail oriented, dependable and able to handle rapidly changing priorities and aggressive deadlines. This position ensures that developed products meet design specifications and are within quality limits and standards. This position performs testing tasks that require planning, scheduling and testing of newly developed, revised and custom software solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
•Create and execute test cases based on the business requirements and functional specifications.
•Plan, schedule and implement testing for individual project initiatives 
•Analyze and report on testing activity 
•Develop test scripts, prepares and maintains equipment/configurations, installs software, troubleshoots as needed. 

REQUIREMENTS:
•BA/BS in computer science, information systems or related field; or equivalent work experience.
•2+ years QA experience in an application development setting.  Understanding of quality assurance testing methodology and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and all aspects of application phases from design through deployment.
•Attention to detail with good verbal and written communication skills.  Agility and flexibility to meet the demands of growing organization with limited resources.
•Experience with relational databases with a preference of MySQL.  Experience with Bugzilla is a plus.
