Will apply problem-solving techniques and coordinate with other core team members to resolve system issues, maintain complex business logic and identify and implement appropriate resolutions. Candidate must have experience in programming in the Java environment. Manage day to day operational tickets, identify trends, build requirements and work with users and business owners on priorities. Take business requirements and develop the technical design. Apply understanding of SDLC in order to ensure proper usage of methodology as part of the design efforts in building a system to be put into production. Must follow the processes, policies, standards and procedures to assure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies and standards. Must be willing to work in a team environment.

Take business requirements and develop the total technical design for assigned mid-sized projects. 

Apply working knowledge of Databases in order to ensure proper usage as part of the design efforts in building a system to be put into production.

Follow the established processes, policies, standards and procedures to assure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies and standards.

Conduct appropriate test reviews on assigned projects as necessary. Present findings and offer solutions to management.


Java and SQL. (Unix, ClearCase, ClearQuest would be a big plus)

1-3 years related experience.

Knowledge of multiple programming languages, databases, life cycle methodologies.

Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with development teams, business analysts and end users.

Should be able to demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills.

Good communication skills, Driven, Relationship builder, Detailed, and Organized.

The Home Depot methodology and experience a plus.
