Permanent, Direct Hire Senior Software Engineer
Salary is highly competitive.

REQUIRED SKILLS: 
Core Java, Java Servlets, JSP, SQL (does not matter which platform-Oracle, MySQL, etc...), Web APPLICATIONS Development, Object Oriented language and OOA/D using CASE Tools (Rational Rose, Poseidon, etc...), UNIX/LINUX is a MUST, HTTP, UML (should be able to create UMLs), Hands on experience with major web servers, application servers or transaction processing. This role includes a step above just design experience and Senior Software Engineers will be adding value to find solutions as well. 

PREFERRED SKILLS: 
Java threads, XML and XML tools, HTML, Javascript, BS/BA in Computer Science or related field, Experience developing HR, insurance, payroll or other benefits domain experience, Familiar with Internet Security, DHTML, Perl, Experience with workflow products and systems such as GoldenGate, Informatica, COGNOS, ETL. Familiarity with import/export and data mapping tools. Experience with CVS, Ant, Tomcat, and other open source technologies
