Junior-to-Mid Level Developer

Exact Development Skill set is not as important.  Technical aptitude is much more important.

Skills: C#, .NET, C++, COM, MFC, JAVA, OOP

Responsibilities:

Design and develop integration components to legacy applications. 
Requirements:

Experience (at least a year) with two or more of the following in a desktop environment required. 
COM 
MFC 
JAVA  
Java desktop UI framework (AWT, SWING) experience a plus. 
Experience with C++ a plus. 
Experience with C# and .NET a plus. 
Familiarity with the .NET design and component architectures. 
Familiarity with windows forms development. 
Should have understanding of object oriented programming and design. 
Should be able to perform in a fast-paced iterative development environment 
Technical Degree
