This position won't be just web applications, our client has many standalone

Java applications, includes threading, Client Server platforms, etc.. 

Good knowledge of Swing

Flash/ActionScript would be a huge plus, if you don't have it, but don't mind picking it up very quickly, that would work too.

Willing to help in any way, even production support from time to time 

Good communication skills

Eager, self starter

More than anything else, Team player
