Required Skills:

In these exciting positions you will have the opportunity to perform new system development in a Java environment using Java, J2EE, Weblogic, EJB, XML, JMS, JSP, Webservices, and Oracle database running on Sun Solaris.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in development and maintenance of software specifications utilizing design constructs and standards.
• Interact with business analysts to understand business requirements and translate these into technical designs.
• Interact with production support personnel to ensure that critical and major production issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support and take technical direction from project lead.
• Perform design and code reviews with peers.
• Create and execute unit test plans.
• Respond to administrative direction from Manager.
• Participate in technical/professional training.

Required Knowledge/Skills:
• 5+ years full life cycle development
• 4+ years java coding experience.
• 2+ years EJB, XML
• 2+ years designing and implementing Java applications
• Experience with SQL and database
• Understands OO principles 
• 4+ years UNIX 
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, and highly responsive.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
• BEA Weblogic or JBoss, Oracle
• JSP, JSTL, JMS, Junit, Java Script, HTML, Struts, Kaxb, JDK5, Eclipse, Jbuilder, C/C++ UML. Design Patterns
• Perl
