Description:
Join a software development team creating leading edge applications for network security. This is a hands-on role and requires extensive knowledge of user interface software development using Java. You will be expected to quickly take ownership of important product feature areas. Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work within a team with minimal supervision. 
Skills:
•	Ability to build attractive, usable UIs using Swing
•	Solid software engineering/development experience 
•	Understands the importance of unit-testing and quality
•	Knowledge of multi-threaded programming in Java
•	Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and patterns, and their practical application in real world designs and implementations 
•	Active participation in product usability testing, collecting feedback from internal as well as external users
•	Ability to work with a group of highly-motivated people
•	Good communication skills, oral and written, with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels
•	Knowledge of security software or the security domain is advantageous

Experience:

•	4+ years of application development in Java, with at least 2 years using  Swing
•	Has shipped a commercial software product
•	Has worked on a multi-tiered architecture
•	Has worked with an agile or iterative development process
