 Specific expertise in the following product sets:
DB2 Enterprise Content Manager
DB2 Document Manager
DB2 Common Store
WebSphere Information Integrator - Relational/Non-Relational Wrappers
WebSphere Information Integrator - OmniFind Edition
WebSphere Information Integrator - Content Edition

The subcomponents which make up these solutions are the following:
WebSphere Application Server
DB2 UDB

Must be responsible for IM sales in the above product sets and must reach a certain threshold of sales in order for us to collect on the incentive.  Ideally, this person is a solution sales architect with experience selling in those areas.  But if you happen to come across a technical architect in those areas, we'd like to
speak to them as well.
