My name is Madonna Carey and I am Executive Recruiter in Tampa.   

My Tampa based client is looking for a senior web application software engineer to play a pivotal role in developing a new generation of its web based products.  The position requires a motivated self-starter with the ability to take creative and developmental responsibility.  As one of the core engineers, this person will be responsible for design, implementation, testing, and roll-out of the product.  The key to this search is to identify candidates with strong design and leadership experience as well as current/strong development skills.  Excellent communication skills are a must.  Salary up to $100k plus bonus potential of 10%.

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen with a minimum of 5 years commercial Java web application development experience.  A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.   Relocation expense will be considered for outstanding candidates.
