Ok folks!! I have a Senior level Java Developer position open. It is a 6 month contract. I have had several technical screens take place both over the phone and in person and nobody has been hired. I have done my research on past interviews and questions that were asked so I am prepared to share what types of questions were asked during the interview with you to help prep you for it. I just need senior level developers. 5+ yrs J2EE development, weblogic or Jboss, oracle, unix. Must be a head down heavy developer with strong skills on the backend.
