Practical Solutions has a client that is looking for a Senior Agile Technical Developer for their software development efforts.  THIS IS A PERMANENT POSITION, FULL BENNIES, $100K RANGE.  They want a developer that is passionate about the Agile Methodology and will help mentor other. 

The Job:
The client company is not interested in sponsoring visa candidates at this time so you may send a resume for future opportunities but this current one is not an option.
The client is currently expanding and are searching for talented technical professionals with all levels of information technology skills. Qualified candidates must demonstrate a clear understanding of object-oriented analysis and design using Test-Driven Development, eXtreme Programming, or other Agile methodologies in a Microsoft Windows environment. The primary development language is C/C++. Familiarity with the Unified Modeling Language (UML), Java, Qt, and Fitnesse is a plus. 

Position responsibilities include:

Managing software projects consisting of multiple source code modules and both internal and end-user documentation;

Writing and maintaining project specifications including database table layout and network communications protocols; 

Troubleshooting complex support issues, including those involving network configuration problems, security settings, and multiple operating systems;

Preparing an object-oriented design for a software module or project. 

They must have a real passion for software development. The environment is paired programming and is test driven.  This is a permanent position in the Atlanta GA area. salary is slotted between 100k - 110k
