I still have a need for a Server Side Java developer. Must have 4+ yrs experience with J2EE. Must be strong on Server Side development. Must have experience with either JBoss or Weblogic (3+ yrs), Oracle, Unix (Sun solaris preferred). Must be able to take a permanent position. This position can either be Permanent or Contract (3 months) to Permanent. The hourly rate is around 55-60/hr. Once it goes permanent the salary is around 85k plus a targeted bonus on top of that which should put you in the 90'sk plus an excellent benefits package. This is with an excellent company. They are experiencing a lot of growth. I just placed 2 Java folks with them last week and they are interviewing some more for a Java contract position. I am just having trouble finding strong candidates for the permanent position. Please email me your resume if you are interested.
