We are seeking another talented member of a growing team of developers.  This member should be a proactive, engaged, and committed member of the team.  The environment is casual and Agile based in process.  The immediate project needs will involve a Struts, Spring, Hibernate stack on a Solaris, Linux, Oracle, and Weblogic software platform.

Required Skills (solid years of experience):
Java, JSP (2-4 years)
Web based development fundamentals
Struts or other MVC framework (1-2 years)
Hibernate (1-2 years)
SQL (2-4 years)
Assorted other open source tools and packages (2-4 years)

Recommended Skills:
Eclipse and MyEclipse Workbench experience
Weblogic Express 9.2+ experience
Spring (IOC and Dependency Injection concepts)
JUnit
Agile Based Development (Scrum experience a plus)
Comp Sci degree or equivalent

Nice to Have Skills:
Rules Engines
Test Driven Development
Specific Experience with CruiseControl, Linux (Debian or other apt based), PHP, ColdFusion, XPlanner, Bugzilla, CMS Systems, etc.
