I have a current need for a UI developer. I have submitted several people and have gotten them interviews next day but they are falling short in some areas. I need a User interface developer that is not a graphic designer/website designer. I need someone with commercial software experience or large company experience. This person must be able to do heavy coding. Must have experience with Javascript, some Java, CSS, Flash, Photoshop.
