Java Developers: Cool New Development work at SolTech

SolTech is a software development company delivering Web-enabled solutions in Java and .Net to the local Atlanta marketplace. We build custom application software and we also provide our development services on site at local Atlanta companies.

We are building a Java team to support a huge development project. We will be doing this work in our Buckhead offices. We are looking for several talented developers at the Junior and Mid Level. Your first project with SolTech will be a very large scale development piece leveraging Core Java and Open Source technologies in building a transaction processing engine.

SolTech hires on a Full-Time/Permanent basis, and our developers enjoy project after project of new development work. This project represents your opportunity to start or enhance your programming career and to sink your teeth into solid Java development. We are looking for:

At the Junior Level:

•	4 year Comp Sci Degree; any Sun Certifications are a huge plus
•	Hands-On experience (Co-op, part-time, post grad, etc.) in Java Development
•	In-depth knowledge of OOA/OOD/OOP
•	Hands-on skills in: Java, JSP, Servlets plus Open Source (Spring, Struts, Hibernate, Ruby, etc.). 
•	Understanding of database development
•	Fantastic Interpersonal Skills

At the Mid-Level:

•	4 year Degree Comp Sci; Sun Certs are a huge plus
•	12 to 36 months Professional Software Development Experience in JAVA
•	OOA/OOD/OOP
•	Java, JSP, Servlets plus exposure to Open Source. Experience on all three tiers
•	Success as a small team or solo contributor
•	Absolutely Impressive Interpersonal/Client-Facing Skills
