Java/J2EE Intermediate Developers

SolTech has been asked to identify two talented J2EE Developers for one of our clients.

Our client is a growing software products and services company located near Buckhead. Frankly, we love the company. We’re prejudiced by a long and productive and very pleasant association. We’ve done development for them, we’ve staffed for them, and we’ve had the opportunity to watch the company grow and continue its transition from a start-up to a solid publicly held corporation while still retaining its energy, its character, and its identity.

To be even more subjective and gushy, we’ll say that we’re supporting a manager in the company for whom we have deep respect and affection. He is an all-around good guy, an excellent people person, a talented manager, and is consistently praised by his employees. And, his specific application area is a highly successful and profitable area for the company; that equals continued growth and some very interesting technical agenda.

We are seeking two great “Intermediate” J2EE Developers for the group. These are growth positions. The group is doing good work and the development agenda is pushing the growth of the group. We need a good J2EE generalist with a couple of years of Full Life Cycle work and mid-weight strength across three tiers. We also need a slightly “front heavy” developer with solid GUI skills and a bit more strength in JSP, Java Script, Struts.

•	2+ years Java/J2EE Development experience
•	Success as a solo or small team performer
•	Degree; Sun Certifications are a huge plus
•	Experience & Strength across three tiers
•	(For the GUI person, a bit more strength in “front end” development)
•	Absolutely winsome personality
•	Great customer facing & interpersonal skills
