We are currently building a team of seasoned Java (J2EE) developers for a project located with a strong and growing e-commerce company in Alpharetta.  Responsibilities include design, development, modification and implementation of large complex systems to support business requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develops detailed design specifications for multiple areas of a complex software system
  (J2EE, JSF or Struts, EJB and JDBC)
• Under little to no supervision, develops large, complex software systems according to
established development processes
• Determines optimal designs for multiple areas of the software system
• Leads development of multiple areas of the software system
• Identifies and resolves complex problems with software system
• Performs advanced level work that requires application of advanced problem solving skills to resolve complex issues
 Interacts with clients as required
• Estimates and plans own work and may plan the work of others
• May provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to a group of Software
Engineers and Sr. Software Engineers as required
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field and 7 to 10 years experience in software development; experience in a supervisory capacity preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
SKILLS
• Analytical and problem solving skills; ability to troubleshoot and perform root-cause
analysis
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of J2EE, JSF or Struts, EJB and JDBC
• Leadership skills as well as supervisory skills
• Decision making skills
