Sr. Java Back-end Developer needed! 

Need to have experience with the following: Java, J2EE, EJB, JBOSS (may have some flexibility with this), Struts, JSP, and some architecture experience. 6-8 years of experience. 
Strong analytical skills 
Experience with procedures in providing Java/J at EE transaction processing systems 
Enthusiasm and consistency in performance 
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) 
Creative problem solving skills 
Team oriented 
Experience with version control, build scripts and unit testing; 
5+ years experience in client/server Web Services development and deployment 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Analyze, design and implement Java/J2EE development projects 
Manage full life-cycle development using agile development methodologies 
Perform analysis and design using OOA/OOD methodologies
