This position is seeking someone who enjoys being challenged with new technology and is looking to grow with a company. 

Requirements 

* Bachelor"s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent experience 
* Experience with GWT, Flex and/or AJAX is highly desirable 
* Knowledge of open source MVC frameworks like Struts and Tapestry is ideal 
* Experience with open source AJAX frameworks a plus 
* 2+ years with J2EE and Spring 
* 3+ years of web-based application development 
* 2+ years of dynamic data exchange using XML or JSON 
* Good understanding of databases and not afraid to write SQL 
* Proven ability to work on all three tiers of J2EE stack 
* Strong interpersonal skills 
* Ability to function well in a team environment 
* Strong communication and conceptual skills
