Position Requirements:

Analyze, design and implement Java/J2EE development projects
Manage full life-cycle development using agile development methodologies
Perform analysis and design using OOA/OOD methodologies

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
5 + years of experience in the Java/J2EE environment
Strong analytical skills
Experience with procedures in providing Java/J2EE transaction processing systems
Enthusiasm and consistency in performance
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Creative problem solving skills
Team oriented
Have at least 5+ years in Java development
5+ years experience of JBoss configuration, JMS, Hibernate, and EJB development; XML 
Experience with version control, build scripts and unit testing;
5+ years experience in client/server Web Services development and deployment; 
Experience in the telecommunications or retail industries is a plus
