Our customer would like a Sr Java UI specialist to come in and develop a Web2.0 based solution for their front end. Production experience building rich-client applications is required. 

This would be full life cycle design and development. UI design and development of the presentation layer architecture. Design the interface flow and functionalities. Some specs would be in an UML format. Communicate with the stakeholder to gather and or expand requirements. Conceptualize and prototype solutions from the ground up. Self starter. Fast and efficient development approach! 

-Design and develop applications for client/server Internet web based services. -Design and develop interfaces to internal and external applications. -Maintain/enhance existing applications. -Interact with business analysts to understand business requirements and translate these into technical designs. -Interact with QC personnel to ensure that code is system-tested and regression-tested prior to release into production. -Interact with production support personnel to ensure that critical and major production issues are resolved in a timely manner. -Interact with development personnel in other departments within to design and develop enhancements (or address issues). -Perform code reviews and design reviews with peers. -Create and execute unit test plans. 

skills Needed: BS or equivalent. - CSS, Javascript, Dojo, HTML, DHTML, AJAX, JSP, XML/XSL. - Strong experience in the full software development lifecycle with an intimate knowledge of lifecycle processes and tools. - 4-5 years of experience required in software development.
