Title: Sr. Software Engineer (Java)

Details:

Our client is currently seeking a Sr. Software Engineer (Java) for a
full-time, permanent position in Boston, MA. The client is a solid
software company that provides a suite of products for data center
solutions. The Software Engineer will be part of the research and
development team. As a senior developer, candidate will be responsible
for major portions of the product on which they work. Work will
encompass the entire development cycle - design, coding, testing and
maintenance. 

Required Skills / Experience:

		* A B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent work
experience - Advanced degree is a plus

		* More then 6 years of development experience 

		* More then 6 years of Java experience 

		* More then 3 years of Application server development
experience (J2EE)

		* More then 3 years of SQL Database development
experience

		* Object Oriented (OOD, OOP) understanding 

		* Networking development experience is a plus

		* SAN and SCSI experience - for example working with
storages like EMC, Clariion etc... is a plus

		* Networking development experience, specially in
network management is a plus

The client prefers candidates currently in the Boston area, however,
they will consider strong out of state candidates as well. Candidate
must be able to work on-sight in Boston, telecommuting not an option.
