Job description:
Our client is looking for a developer:

Required Skills:

1. Java, JDK 1.4.2_XX, ideal minimum of 2 years commercial
programming experience in Java
2. J2EE , ideal minimum of 1+ year commercial programming in Java
J2EE, specifically EJB's, both Session and Message Driven Beans
3. JDBC and SQL, ideal minimum of 1+ year commercial programming
including JDBC and SQL
4. Servlets and JSP Development, ideal minimum of 6 months Servlet
and JSP Development.
5. ant build tools
6. Some experience with VB, .Net, C# (MS technology experience needed for part time and temporary support of the current app version).

Optional Skills:

1. WebLogic Application Servers, Ideally Version 8.1 SPX,
clustering experience helpful, but not required.
2. Oracle Database Familiarity, ideally Oracle 9 or 10
3. Struts Web Application Development
4. SubVersion Source Code Control Familiarity
5. Web Services Development Experience
6. XML Parsing utilizing Java Experience
7. Korn/Bourne Shell Script Programming Experience

Job Description:

The engineer will be responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of integration applications in the IMS department. 
This will also include incremental enhancements to the existing applications and development of reporting and dashboard like web applications to present system activities. 
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years commercial Java development experience. 
At a minimum this should also include commercial J2EE (Session and Message Driven EJB's), JSP and Servlet programming, and using "ant" as the build tool use.
