Development Software Engineer

This person develops and maintains computer software systems for the company. This person also performs technical analysis, develops technical specifications for project tasks and works with little supervision. 

Development SE
Minimum Technical Experience - required
•	5+ years of Java application development
•	3+ years of Web Services
•	2+ years of XML
•	2+ years of Hibernate, Struts and Tiles
•	2+ years of complex, off-line/back-end development experience (multi-threading preferred)

Previous work environment – strongly preferred
•	Software application development where deliverables are used by multiple and diverse clients
•	Contact with Business Analysts, QA Analysts and End Users
•	Multi-threaded, fast paced environment

Personality Traits and Soft Skills - required
•	Team oriented self starter with a positive attitude
•	A predisposition to attack issues head on instead of looking for reasons to struggle or waiting for someone else to address the problem
•	Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
•	Good written and verbal communication skills
