Java/J2EE: Urgent Need for 10 Great Mid-Level Developers!!!

SolTech is a software development company delivering Web-enabled solutions in Java and .Net to the Atlanta marketplace. We do custom development work in our Buckhead offices and we also deliver our services on-site to local Atlanta companies.

We hire on a Full-Time/Permanent basis. Since our launch in 1998, we have had positive growth, profitability and a zero lay-off history. We are doing a massive amount of development work for a great client in Downtown Atlanta. We need to add to our permanent staff for this long term group of projects. We are looking for 10 Java/J2EE Developers at the Mid Level (1+ to 4 years). We are looking for great Client-Facing J2EE Developers and offer this opportunity as the start of a permanent career with SolTech.

We are looking for:

•	Degree; Sun Certifications are a huge plus
•	1+ to 4 years of Java/J2EE Development
•	Experience should include: JSP, Servlets, JDBC; a major RDBMS; some exposure to Open Source (Struts, Spring, Hibernate, etc.)
•	Strength across all tiers.
•	Full Life Cycle Development experience
•	Very strong Client-Facing/Communication/Interpersonal Skills
