We are currently looking for a Mid-Level Java Developer for a permanent position available at one of our client sites here in Atlanta. Our client is a small, but progressive and fast growing software/services firm located in the Perimeter Center Area. They serve the commercial property & casualty insurance industry. Their IT environment is JAVA, Oracle. DB2 and SQL Server following J2EE standards. The IT organization currently consists of about 6-7 software engineers/developers.

Job Qualifications:

Core knowledge of Java-based technologies including the Java SDK and J2EE technologies including EJB, XML, and JMS. Experience with user interface technologies such as JSP, XML/XSL, and UI Design. Experience with Object Oriented technologies: OOA/OOD, Design Patterns, and UML. Strong data integration skills and experience with DTS is highly desirable. Self-motivated, results oriented individuals driven to succeed in complex environments. Dedication to high quality software engineering. Comfortable with advanced techniques in software development and/or mathematics. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to a variety of technical audiences. 

Required Skills:

Java, Oracle, DB2, J2EE, JSP, SDK, XML/XSL & UI Design.
